Beef, Carrot, Bok Choy and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients: 1 Head Bok Choy

2 Onion

1 Carrot

200g Button Mushroom

2Tbsp Soy Sauce

3Tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 Bag (500g) Hokken Noodles

4 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil

1/2 Cup Bamboo Shoots

Method

  1. Place hokken noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain and set aside

  2. Cut Bok choy into thirds, slice onion, carrots and mushroom and fry off in wok with sesame seed oil

  3. When golden add soy and oyster sauces, as well as the bamboo, stir and cook for 5 more minutes then add noodles and stir

Note:

  • you can also add bean shoots, peas and string beans for added taste
