Peanut Butter Cookies

Serving size 12

Ingredients

175g unsalted butter

135g peanut butter

140g caster sugar

110g caster sugar

2 large eggs

¼ Tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

325g plain flour

3g baking soda

12 squares dark cooking chocolate



Method

  1. Add all ingredient to a bowl and combine except the chocolate

  2. Portion the dough into 12 cookies , roll each portion into a ball and press a square of chocolate into the centre a close the seal

  3. Place all cookies on a lines baking tray and lightly press down with a fork , chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

  4. Bake at 180 °c degrees until crusty and golden

Notes

For extra decoration these cookies can be coated in chocolate
