Brownies

Serving size 5-8

Ingredients

125g Butter

1 1/12 cup caster Sugar

½ Cups cocoa powder

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

¼ tsp Salt

1 Cup Plain Flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 Cup Chocolate melts

Optional – ½ cup toasted almond or walnuts






Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Grease and line a small baking tray with baking paper

  3. Melt the butter in a large microwave safe dish

  4. Stir in sugar, coco, vanilla and last

  5. Whisk in the eggs

  6. Fold through the sifted flour and baking powder

  7. Add in the chocolate melts and add mixture to the baking tray

  8. Bake for 30 minutes, and allow for brownie to cool in tray before removing and cutting


Note:

If you remove the brownies while they are still hot they will fall apart
