Greek Almond Biscuts

Serving size: 20
Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter
¾ cups icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups plain flour
100g chopped toasted almonds
Extra icing sugar to dusts
Method
Preheat oven to 180 °C
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together with hands
Once combine place in the fridge to cool for 10-15 minutes
Shape small portion in the mixture in to horse shoe shapes and place on a lined baking tray, leaving 1-2cm spacing between each biscuit for growth
Cook until golden brown, remove from oven and leave on tray until cool. Once cool dust with icing sugar and serve
Note
Make sure butter is either melted or softened when using to ensure ease of combing the ingredients
